I looked on the ZDS site for a link for the chappy, found nothing though. But as Skeet says, sounds like a 'noid problem. (As said by me a few posts before ;) )

oh, first things first

screw your solonoid manifold on tight, mine comes looses after a couple of tournys and leaks from the frame.

if it isnt it that, change the oring on the low presure sail (ridge on the bolt)

I very much doubt it is any of the orings on you inserts unless youve had them out recently.

i bet its the manifold that has come loose though.

i wouldnt recommend stripping your noid ever unless its knackered and a last resort , for some reason shocker owners have the strange idea that greasing the noid should be regular maintence .

Certainly not regular maintainance, quite right...but..if he has had it a while, and its secondhand...it wouldnt hurt (assuming you arent one of those people who breaks things easily), to clean the noid and re-assemble it.

It is most likely taht teh screws are loose...but as I said, a steel manifold is a wise investment, as not likely to strip when you tighten up...SP do a higher flow, steel one as do NDZ.

Oh...and I'm not a Shocker owner...

unscrew the solonoid from the manifold. then remove the manifold, grease the orings on the underside of the manifold.

screw it back on, grease the solonoid gaskets (orings) then screw the solonoid back on.

if you havent purchased an stainless manifold make sure you dont tighten the solonoid to much or you risk stripping the threads
