Selection methodology for UK X-Ball team...

Matt, there are possibly over 200 people going for 6 slots, nobody and I mean nobody is pre-selected from hereon in !!!

For those of you that are attending the trials and the 2k2 on the Monday, there is a slim ( and I do mean slim ) possibility that you may be able to stop on site on the Sunday night ( depending on who you are, what you are, and how much beer you bring with you !!!!!!!!! ).
We are not allowed camping on site, however some of us will be there Sunday night for an evening game, and to make sure that the pheasants ( or locals ) don't put holes in the Sup Air for Mondays tournament.
If you are interested, give me a call on 07801 821847 on Monday afternoon ( 29/4 ), and I will give you an answer.

P S Yes Twink, I was going to try out, however they are not interested in taking a "Pot Boy " with them to Pittsburgh

What's the nearest travel lodge / cheap place to kip to the site.
Looks like I'm gonna be up there Sat night for the trials and Sunday for the 2K2 so £50 a night is a little steep

Travel Lodge Worksop is the nearest, & the one recommended on Bully's 2002 Series website as well so should be plenty of players in there.
