That same thing happened to my cousin and it turned out to be the nipple Oring. Check that, clean it, put some teflon tape on it, put it back and see if it stops.
if a shred of the teflon tape came loose, and entered the airflow, then it oculd cause the same problem your having now, or more, if it reached the marker regulator.
To back up wat others have said, it will be dirt around the Oring, or a damaged O ring.
Make sure its degassed, take off the fill nipple, clean the oring, check it for damage. replace if you need to. (if you have spares you could just replace it to be safe), then reassemble using locktite on the thread.
