there is no best type.

Ive only been playing 2 months and have yet to play a large scale scenario game, will try at pork "sword in the rig" at wakefield in sept.

I like the idea of having a large area to cover with objectives, but i dont like all the fake "i know someone in the" army nerds trying to do military tactics and use jargon as if they had ever taken a tour.

I played a couple of speedball games and really like the fast pace, i dont like playing non stop. Speedball games with regular breaks and pissing about on the sidelines is a lot of fun, just try no to shout to warn your mates on the field they are about to be mugged, thats like 'table talk' in a card game.

hope it helps, play both, enjoy all facets of the sport.

grr.... I KNOW WHICH TYPE OF PAINTBALLING I LIKE, I LIKE BOTH,

READ THE QUESTION!!!
If you're looking for people's opinions, edit your first post saying so, because it comes across like you've never played either and want to know which is "best," despite the fact there is no best.

Tbh Mate, im telling you everything that other people are saying, everyone likes different things so you cant choose through other peoples opinion like i said a few post down go to both "scenario And also speedball" and then pick your choices after you have tried both, see which you prefer etc etc...

~Hope its clearer to you now, Good luck!

Scenario paintball is best as you get more value for money ie 6 hours of gaming time compared too maybe 8 x 7 min games nspl for totaling 56 mins of gaming if you dont get shot out that is.
so money wise scenario is ahead.
scenario games are different every time ie story line game format where as sup is same every time i know you have xball but still samish.
Plus training can be a drag running drills all the time dont get me wrong we need too train but it can get a bit dull.Scenario dont have too train so much hence just more fun.
so scenario beats sup for me cheers.

Tbh, there such a vast world between the two, I love the pace of speedball, I also like knowing where the guy shooting at me is likely to be, but there is such a thing as 'urban' paintball scenario aka the 'Bunker' in Exeter, which combines the pace of speedball with the large player numbers of scenario. As this comes under 'Scenario' then I guess my vote is with Scenario by a narrow margin.
