Some mindless idiot is likely to copy the film and who will suffer if anyone got seriously injured

The scene is a piss take from 8 mile.

Paul, your examples are slightly different, as people already know that baseball bats are used largely in baseball, and have a valid purpose other than for the mafia to use and beat the hell out of people. Paitball is different, because the public have largely no idea about what we do, and as such they will associate any time/person they see with a paintball gun with the negative sights that they saw on the tv

I don't agree, any time joe public will see paintball would/should be at a tournament/site at which point I don't think they will associate what they are seeing on the field with what they saw on film.
