Right...just emailed Natwest 'n' asked em for a new toaster

Basically forwarded on a few of the dodgy emails with a short covering letter saying how if it had been my senile old granny reading those emails she may well have parted unknowingly with her details (and life savings) and all under the banner of natwest. Also added what a great guy I am for saving the day by contacting them

Natwest toaster here we come lol
