Kris in the short time ive known you when we last trained at march brook and me and you were the last two in , well you had no marker you shown real quality in giding me with your vision and precence , to take out the other 3 guys out, my marker against there 3 , well done mate i wish you all the best with sad , good luck .

members of the team I.E. blakey, jinxy, jono, les have to break you all in first so if you are wondering why the younger lads all run so funny then that explains it (u'll all get used to running and walking that way soon) and the pain and bleeding wear off after a while a week or too.
