hmmm, assuming this is a very old thread then...
Ive found that by using your legs as a 'suspension' by keeping them bent all the time, like running kindve squatted, means the torso and arms dont bounce as much, meaning you can shoot straighter.
A technique that i was tought in fencing, when i used to do it, means that the bottem and top half of the body move indipendant from each other.
My two cents worth anyways...
