phew thank god luke isnt giving running off the break tips it would be as follows,

step 1: take one step

step 2: take a second step

step 3: get lit up

step 4: walk to the deadbox

;)
Pfft. At least I'm not the worst on the team at shooting left handed now....

try to move as quick as possible and when running to the sides shoot in, but also dont take your eye off your lane, have a mental vision of where to go without looking so your always staring down your lane

hmmm, assuming this is a very old thread then...

Ive found that by using your legs as a 'suspension' by keeping them bent all the time, like running kindve squatted, means the torso and arms dont bounce as much, meaning you can shoot straighter.

A technique that i was tought in fencing, when i used to do it, means that the bottem and top half of the body move indipendant from each other.

My two cents worth anyways...
