they will however do their best to make it so that you can't claim - usually be asking for the complete packaging material to be made available to them for inspection so they can assess whether or not the item was suitably packaged for delivery via their service.

happened to me - i had binned the packaging - so they refused the claim........

well if they do stiff me over this - it'll mean the end of my paintballing days.

i can't afford to just replace the marker so will call it aday if that happens

ive personally never had a problem but when it happens its a right sh!t..

i'd ask for £250 ish for the inconvenience BUT if its insured to £500 then how come they dont pay out the full amount? not your fault theyve taken to damaging your marker :X

well i've had an e-mail off the guys from heaven - they might beable to fix it.


the metal above where the barrel sits is bent, stopping the barral from fitting, so they will try and bend it back without affecting the anno.

Fingrs crossed as i need the marker for feb 24th.

Also i will stick up for royal mail (for now) as i've sent loads of things and recieved even more and this is the first problem i've had

Royal mail really are pants !
I won 2 pair of footie boots of the bay at the same time from the same person. Dispatched/posted same time yet only one pair turn up how does that figure, i know its not a DM5 but still annoying as you know the seller will wonder if i am trying to blag him

surely its best not to have it repaired until they have paid out, otherwise they could argue that you have done the damage trying to fix it

I know you need it back desperate, but this could make your case harder to claim
