Ok heres the story -

Sent my DM5 to be serviced at Heaven(speacial deleivery - insured to £500), got asked to call them this morning.
Royal Mail have dropped and damaged the marker( waitng for heaven to comfirm it's not repairable).

So just wondering if this has happened to anyone else, and the out come from claiming compansation.

Cheers

you`ll need heaven to send you an estimate of the damage, and a letter to say it was damaged on arrival at heaven, then send that to royal mail, they pay up within a month

yeah heaven are sorting pictures - i want at least £200 if it's replaced as someone was going to buy it off me for £190 after a service.

i had it forsale not long ago - it's in near mint condition (well it was :))

looks like no balling for me for a while :(
