Yeah,weird American sizings,trigger adjuster screw on my Extremes the same:( ,made one in the end:eek:

Mmmm,not a fan of e-z outs ,their ok to use on bikes,cars etc but the"tap of a hammer" can ,if not administered by someone in the know..like yourself Rooster:D ,just make the prob. worse.He doesn't say where the screw is or what its fitted to/holding together so the methods Philip and myself gave,while not being the most technical "may" be slightly easier on the marker as hammers anywhere near markers in the hands of the inexperienced makes me wince and I wouldn't recomend drilling it out himself either.
Like the beer ploy though:D and your'e spot on about Allen key sizing

If you are buying allen keys make sure you buy some decent ones like bondhus, snap on, etc at least that way you know they will fit properly.
You can get good quality allen keys at a very reasonable price from www.jlindustrial.co.uk phone 0800663355
I got a complete set of bondhus metric and imperial ball ended for a tenner + vat and p+p... bargain

Dave we are on site saterday and sunday come down and the royal we can collectivly if nessary look at it and get it sorted. If in dout ask and why go paying full wack young man what is the point in being sponsored if you don't take full advantage;)

cheers i would but have other engagements. Besides,its not a big problem, just an annoyance. I blame the keys! I looked at them after and realised thay are made slightly round at the bottom. Theres where i have been going wrong. Ill get some proper hard ones soon! lol C u soon,
