File down the head of the screw completely, take some of the frame with you.

The centre punch method works best on steel to steel. the best method to loosen up some A2 to aluminiun is to knock the head of the bolt with a big enough pin punch in order to flatten the head. when the head of the bolt is smaller that the allen key, knock the allen key in and heat the surrounding area and hey presto, out it comes

i find using slightly larger than the hole torx bits do the job too ... wouldn't use them on an allen bolt that is fine but i find that the star shape digs into the remaining parts of the allen shape and grips it pretty well.
got to be careful though and not rush anything otherwise you could just make it worse =)
oh and to get the torx bit in the hole ... just ease it in with a light tap from another screwdriver or a pair of pliers .. don't go mash it with a hammer!!!!
