Training well I should be swimming with a veiw to becoming a super fit gym bunny again :eek:

But I do lift and turn loads of boxes of paint every 2 days which is increasing my strength...........

Playing back you tend to be firning your marker more and carrying a bigger bottle and loads of paint.
As you are at the back trying to shoot in a straight acurate stream at the other backs having some muscles helps and being a girlie when our games last more than 3 mins it gets tirring by the end of the day.

Runing up and down stairs all day and dodging stacks of paint helps with sprinting and awareness of your surroundings.

I have also been practising snap shooting a nail in the firing range yes I kid you not and I do get it ocasionally :D

The nice thing about having a site is other teams wanting to come and train so it looks like I will be traing a lot.

If that dosen't make a noticed improvement to my game then it's back to plan b

have u got the new breed of super tvs??? withstands things hitting it at like 200 mph, gotta get me one of them, the ultimate lazy boy thing, except the mini fridges that are sold in discovery store for £80:D if only laze bioy chairs werent like £1500

You're a dear. Aw, well, quite all right. Could have been quite interesting I thought. :) Apparently Brits are more interested in their drinking than their paintball. Maybe PGI should try a new column, Favorite Pubs of Brit Ballers. Might increase subscriptions tremendously.:rolleyes:

SInce all my team r like 2-3 hours+ away from me i cant train cos i have no1 to trian wi! mew.......I dont drive yet and dont know any ballers round my kinda area who do??

Well to improve fitness i swim 1000m every few days, kickbox, salsa, rock'n'roll, do aerobic & resistance training twice a week, cycle to work mon to fri, occasionally snowboard & iceskate, do my housework wearing my pack, Ref 7am to 7pm every sat/sun (plus some midweek games). then train with the guys for an hour after work on speedball. Having sex is also great for improving fitness but personally i'm just to knackered!:D
