Training well I should be swimming with a veiw to becoming a super fit gym bunny again
But I do lift and turn loads of boxes of paint every 2 days which is increasing my strength...........
Playing back you tend to be firning your marker more and carrying a bigger bottle and loads of paint.
As you are at the back trying to shoot in a straight acurate stream at the other backs having some muscles helps and being a girlie when our games last more than 3 mins it gets tirring by the end of the day.
Runing up and down stairs all day and dodging stacks of paint helps with sprinting and awareness of your surroundings.
I have also been practising snap shooting a nail in the firing range yes I kid you not and I do get it ocasionally
The nice thing about having a site is other teams wanting to come and train so it looks like I will be traing a lot.
If that dosen't make a noticed improvement to my game then it's back to plan b
