Robbo joins NPPL rules committee

When adapting the NPPL and MS rules to the Portuguese reality i notice that basically the differences aint so big, so we will be waiting for new interesting and intelligent rules from you, particularly in the part of penalizing the Players and not the Teams.

Personally i think tha that would be a great idea. The time and effort that Steve obviously put in to the Xball in the MS would go a long way in developing an efficient and talented MS judging pool.

Steve, if you get the position and need a hand, give me a shout.
