Mind you, that's why I like her so much, she don't take no sh!t from no-one but this leaves unopen the question as to why she lusts after me so much, I think it has to be down to animal magnetism, pheremone overload and incredibly, dashing good looks that I possess ... I can think of no other explanation mate.

By the way, the audio is not so good really but the point I am trying to make when in the first bit where I am talking is, Andy Geer (he's the Cage Rage commentator guy ) had been fighting Neil just before me and pissed him off because Andy had somehow managed to hurt Neil's leg ..... and then I was up next, and I thought I am gonna get bashed up coz Neil was pis$ed, luckily for me, Neil's a gentleman and left my head on my shoujlders...

How disapointing, I was at least expecting some blood Although watching Robbo crawl his way out the ring was quite funny then realising hes on camera so puts on a "yes i meant to do that" victory pose

I had 10oz gloves on when doing the ground work and it's really easy for him to tie me up coz I couldn't get my hands free to hit him as soon as he grabbed my arms.
Still, I managed to hit him a few times but I never lost sight of the fact that at any time he coulda knocked me sparko if he went up a gear or two.

I get to spar with him for the next couple of weeks every Tuesday and Thursday and so I should hopefully get a bit more experienced on the ground.

As for sparring with fedor?
I don't think so Sid, at 55, I don't think I'll be doing much more of this stuff, still, I quite like it and will continue till my old bones pack up

He kept his defence to a minimum coz he had MMA gloves on, which basically equates to bare knuckles.
Now, I ain't in the business of letting a 310 pound lump of granite hit my face with fists the size of a smart car ..... we were asked to get in the ring and attack him, which I have to say, is easier said than done.
We were honing his defence skills for part of his training for his next fight.
