had rhino do ours and more than happy. sent own design and they twicked it for us. even when a sponsor was muck us about with logos and then no logos no it. had a bout 6 diffrent designs and they were as good as gold. just waiting for them to start doing playing pant and getting them also

The price structuring of these companies can be really complex, depending on what you want exactly, you'd do better to email the companies themselves and ask...
