:D Halo Rip +35 vs VL2
Hi All

Well what an intresting thread.

Facts:-

VL holds 23 balls more than the halo (this without cramming the balls so that the loaders will jam)

Halo weighs 700g (with six Pack Battery)

Vl weighs 502g

Likes & dislikes.

The shape of the VL is funny & it takes quite q time to get used to potting up as the lid is on top. In my opinion (mine only) the VL is made of cheaper plastic as it took me only a few outtings to break it.

The halo is stronger, but weighs a little more.

Also performance especially with the halo using a 35 board is no different they both feed as fast as f**k. Both tried on Nexus Ego (ramp) G7 (Ramp) 05 speed (ramp) o5 didnt like the halo much.
The VL is probably slightly friendly on very fragile paint as the halo will normally break it.

The other thing is the Vl is only out in Black (can't see how much paint is left) or smoke.

Choice is up to you, but i have both & i will not be giving my halo up at all. In fact nor will i give up my backup Relaoder.

PLEASE NOTE

All opinion's are my own, so dont go slagging my findings unless you have taken the time & trouble to use both.

Cheers

Jules

Only thing I don't like so far on the Vlocity is the design of the plastic around the neck of the opening (under the lid). seems there is a lot of plastic there that coul be cut away as the lid covers it.

And the lower the pressure you put on the stack the longer the batterys last. I have had no problems keeping mine on 1 or 2 and that keeps up mine with my ego. On that setting I can normally get through a good couple of boxes before needing to change them

heya bud, I am the very very very proud owner of a VL.

I've used Reloaders in the past and find them to be absolutely awesome peices of kit but I prefer the Vlocity hands down for functionality. It really is just so eas to use and dont worry, the stupid kettle look does grow on you with time (well i has for me anyhows)

My one fault with the VL is the humming sound the paddle makes but this is such a minor complaint and doesnt effect the overall appeal for me personally.
