hmm do you have stock shells on yer reloader chaos ? dunno if aftermarket shells would make a difference .

Suicide shells and the like are actually slightly smaller because you dont get the little gap between the 2 halves of the shells as they are a one piece construction.

I sold him the ETEk and it is a PE CCU kit on there NOT aftermarket.
Spoke to Darren who I got the ETEk from and he has never had any problems so I would say its the loader. Wouldnt imagine Planet selling one CCU thats different from all the rest

I had to do the same with mine,just keep sanding it down until its a snug fit
