I would have waited until after the tournament and then file a dispute with the credit card issuer over an unathourised transaction. Kids in the US do it all the time on ebay and paypal.

contacted MS there and they weren't even aware of the problem so they're on the case now. There's always bank transfers people

I emailed them and they said they knew of the problem and they weren't doing the email thing anymore

Well that's good of them....just a shame I have received nothing from them since Friday!!! I E mailed them last night regarding this and again nothing!!!!

The MS WERE aware of this as I FKN told them about it on Friday and Sascha(webmaster) had Ulrich and Paule CC'd in our correspondence!!!!

I was in touch with Barry Fugle and he did say that he had been away. Maybe he just hadn't heard. Which is never good when the top guy doesnt know.

Sid your best option is to just call them. Emails are alot easier to ignore, especially if they are angry ones.

To be honest with you, I brought it to their attention, I didn't rant, rave, get angry, I was just concerned. Now, I know the conversations were CC'd with Paula as I have checked the recipients.
