Tinkering ain’t easy
Hi Sim just noticed this and since was mine I will offer to get you any spare o rings you need if Alan has a look at it as I want you to be as happy as I was with it. The stock 16ms dwell can starve the marker a bit, knock it down to 12ms and make sure the bolt is lubed lightly and you should be fine (I think I had 10ms running on it with fps variation of +\- 7fps using proto last season.

Also check the o rings on the bolt as one may be bad causing drag thus the silly fps numbers, as said if needed I'll get them for you as I want a happy customer.

Sim, change out all the orings and slide the bolt back and forth whilst the engine is out, feel if there is any restistence.
After you inserted engine back into marker, check for any leaks in breach and back of marker, also check for leaks around the noid area (making sure the noid is screwed down properly). This can be done with the frame off the body when you air up.

If the problem persist, then send it my way, and i will swap parts out with mine ie noid, board, full engine to see where the problem lies if any.
( i have all necessaries to do all the testing )
