Refilling Air cylinders

Right...trying to help you on all fronts here by the looks of it!
Any compressor you get thast affordable is not upto the job...period...a decent compressor will cost several thousand £'s.

So..either, fill your tank between games at tourneys or...get a dive tank, 12L 300bar (4500psi).
Or, see my thread in techroom "Cheep 300 bar" call the number, get recon...dry valved culinder 8L, for £105 delivered, tests are every 5 years. Otherwise its £200 for a 12L dive tank new, then whatever choice you go for, ou need a DIN fitting fill station to de-cant the air from the tank to your bottle.

It is possible to get a 300 bar compressor that plugs into the mains for around £1300 new, only £650 if you use 232 bar.
But the best way is a dive bottle, filled from a scuba centre, and the bottles skeetmaster is offering are good value. You will still need a fill rig, to transfer the air to the guns bottle.
A lot depends on your needs when you play, front player, back player, rec-ball, and what is available regarding air at the site you play.
If you decide to get a compresser, check your insurance covers the use of such an item, because 300 bar is an exremely high pressure, and can be very dangerous.

Have a look at the post in Techroom or annoncements, cant remember, "Cheep 300 bar" it is, or that sort of thing, the number is in there..like i say, you could get two of those and have 16L of air for less than the price of a ne300bar divers tank.
1. bottle will fill for a long time on one of those.

The easiest and probably most versatile is the diving bottle, the size you choose will define how many fills you get from it. Skeetmaster's 8L bottles are good value, and as he says you can get two for the price of a 12L so that gives you 16L, seems a good idea to me.

T.Demonic - Grab those recond tanks at that bargain price dude, dont get much better than that :)

For 16 ltrs of air into a 1.1ltr / 68c bottle yo would get around 13-14 fills off it which seems great as you probably will never use that much n tourny.

Oh, Skeetmaster - decanting is a method of moving liquids from one container to another. If i remember rightly compressed air never turns into liquid when its in the dive tanks or being transferred under pressure. :)

Wasnt aware of that, tho its a technicality, applies to other compressed gasses..! Cheers

TOMA...Ive looked into these affordable compressors, trouble is, its working at its limit to fill to 300 bar, so is likely to fail in a short time, the best ones are ones that can fill to like 400bar or whatever, so theyt arent being stressed to fill to 300bar.
Apparently..:D

which will cost a whole load more. :(

ive been in your situation, and got myself a dive tank. the fills do decrease after the first 2, ie first 2 fills will be around 4500psi, after that they will be about 3000/2500.

but you sure do get alot out of them, and dive shops are found pretty much everywhere so it should be easy to get a fill, costing about 4quid at most for 4500psi.

My local scuba centre offered me a brand new breathable air quality 350 bar petrol driven compresser, for £1800, which is quite a good price, and portable too.
There is a gun shop in Bridgend that has compressors for £650 that will fill to 3500 psi, mains powered. They actually use this item for the gun fills in the shop, and have had it for quite a few years now.
