I wash my redz pack in the Tub, run the water on it full blast and scrub the tough spots with a brush or the rough side of a sponge. Use a mild soap like a hand soap or something. Works great, leaves the bath a mess ...

Well you never know, these Europeans and their Dopplewhopper systems
A medium it is then... cos not even my brother has more than a 44" waist!! Buying a small also leaves no provision for future over indulgence in Pies or Sparklies Cookies...mmmmm
