I don't think it's necessarily "better", it's simply a different style of play. Sup air is generally much faster than woods ball and you certainly tend to use more paint. Both are fun in my book.

its just preference....
i prefer sup air becuase i get more of a rush from it and i jus generally enjoy it... (im pretty anti camo/military/woods aswell )
