last night one of my club accidentally shot the fire alarm thing in the uni sports hall, haha, smashed the glass and ended up buggering it up so much it wont reset, they uni security where in and out all night!! :eek:

What a tail they must have felt:eek:...Just hope it does'nt wreck things for the future, im going to wear mittens and tape them on...its the only way i can seem stay out of trouble.

haha yeh, i have to say 300FPS with reballs is a bit excessive, they can be pretty dangerous, but still, im ok with it as its not pointed at me :p
not to mention the fact that the reballs dont fly straight at that speed. We generaly run at about 180-210fps.

there was a thread on the nation a while ago about a guy who tested his lense with a rifle because the manufacturer claimed it would withstand being shot. it worked aswell.

oh yeh, and ions + 210 FPS dont mix, they wont run under 235FPS+ haha,
Long time since the last time I used the Ion, but my guess is you tried to adjust the velocity by dropping operating pressure. I'd try to keep the operating pressure in the 160 region and cut the dwell. That should work better - a pain in the ass to do though.

and we train at the uni, as its a club venture you have to have a UTSU membership, or be staff :p
