A lot of fun, kind of freaks you out when balls are bouncing everywhere, but other than that, you can't help but laugh and enjoy yourself!
As mentioned, it is highly recommended for all weathers, mainly winter, nice and warm, it really is a great place to do some decent training!

Just to Echo what everyone else has said, its a very good day out! Not having to rely on the weather is a massive bonus. Oh, and the burgers were tasty
