How much better do these re-load kits make your revvy? I had a go with Manikes the other day but just want to know the general opinion, from first hand experience, that some of you guys obviously have...

It's quicker. Don't know by how much exactly but the new paddles speed up the loading, plus since the replacement board makes the paddles spin as soon as you pull the trigger, instead of waiting for a gap to appear in the feeding, your hopper is proactive instead of reactive, which makes for more consistent feeding.
As a relatively cheap alternative for the expensive loaders, I personally recommend it.

Agreed 100%.

Matski, if you can't get one for this weekend you can borrow mine.

Richard, I've had three and never had the impeller come off
 You want to be careful not to overtighten the screw when you put it on and strip the threads...

If In doubt just glue it on... Superglue will do... It'll only matter if you ever want to change the paddle... I haven't with mine so I doubt it's a concern

Oh and everyone if you get a reloader MAKE SURE THE PADDLES ARE ROTATING ANTI (COUNTER) CLOCKWISE ;)

Very important that. :D

Superglue it is!

Many thanks,

So the answer is just superglue the screw in, will ask Fat Bob for a screw... and then ask him to post me something to hold the spinny thing on.
(that's the immpellar for those who can't hack Jay's technospeak :D)

Can you get the impellar to spin the other way? I don't want to you understand, I am just intreagued.

I assume that the right way up is the way that looks like its going to push balls down the hole yes?

As to how good the kit is: It was pretty awesome over the chrony... I hope to be in a position to reccomend it to everyone after my next day's ballin.

Many thanks

Richard

P.s. to the monday night tech-guys, I'm reading the Cocker help string with interest ;)

yeah you could probably get it to spin the other way by taking the wires off the motor and putting them on the other way round

but i wouldnt!

Yep.

Superglue between the two bits of plastic, then some in the scew hole and gently (it's only plastic) tighten it down...

I still have 2 of them, which is why I was offering to lend Matski one... I gave one to a buddy of mine because his hopper wasn't keeping up with his Angel, and kept the other two because they are so good :)

I put one into my clear Tourny agitating hopper, and one into my camo'd old style Rev for playing in the woods...

I have hoppers for all events :)
