The service is exceptional and the staff are very polite and well mannered. A little while ago they didn't have any mini solenoids; got an email next day and a refund a little later. If your needing the items quick then i agree with everyone else that ringing is a good idea.

I like the fact that they do loads of product reviews on youtube, which have a bit of humor to it

I've order a few times of their ebay site. The first 2 items came within 2 days and i never received an item and waited for around 3 weeks (didn't receive the item) but they gave me a refund for the item. they also offered to send a replacement the next day

Dealt with them a few times and they are a great bunch.Usually when I order stuff its here with in 2-3 days.Never had any problems with them and would highly recommend.They are also really helpful if you find yourself stuck and unsure of things.
