Hi,
I also messages macdev support and tool the gun apart, fully cleaned and lubed it and it was probably just that the inside of the bolt was very dry and must have been a sticky bolt. Also upped the dwell settings and it was shooting so much better than before that after every shot that gas was pouring out the end of the barrel so turned velocity down. Only had a couple paintballs but it seemed to work fine. Will let you know for sure when I can put a lane through it. And may contact you in future about further problems but thankyou for your concern for customer service

glad to hear,

also the gun probably isn't broken in yet as he only used it a hand full of times so it will probably settle doen a bit after you have put a few cases through it, you should then be able to drop the dwell back down to stock or lower
