So...if everyone, can ramp to 15 legally..which is just above, what most people can walk anyway...

Playing Devil's Advocate, me old mucker, that's not what the PA found, though? In their decision to arrive at the figure of 15 bps, they couldn't find ANYONE who could consistently shoot at 15 in their tests?

Besides...I wasnt there when they were testing...otherwise, all would have been OK!!!
But, I didnt state what defines, "just above"....

i been thinking all day about this, since ramping seems to be tourney legal as long as its 15bps, what about trigger bounce? is that tourney legal too?

Apparently..in Germany, they tested for bounce, by slapping the end of your bottle..about as hard as a non abusive person, might do to a small child!

So...if it doesnt fire, then it doesnt bounce.

ahahahaha... fortunately germany is not... england... or id be screwed, i mean seriously, this thing fires if you shake the gun... hopefully theyre harder on their childrens bottoms than the people that do that are over here.... man that sounds so so so wrong
