ramping mode on an etek ego

Ok, I currently have an etek ego with a vlocity hopper and when I try to use ramping mode, even if I set it to 15bps when using the anti-break function it will only reach 10bps however if I turn off the anti-break function then it will go up to the full 15. There is no problem with the hopper keeping up with 15, I have measured it at 16 to 17bps.
My question is, is there any way on a stock etek ego to make it ramp up to 15bps with the anti-break on?

M8 are you sure it's an anti-break system and not the BBS your on about?
Got an EGO,I downloaded the ETEK manual but can't find any reference to an anti-break system?

maybi your hopper is to slow for the gun ?

The eyes would be the first port of call for either the BBs or any anti-break system,I'm trying to discover if he means the BBs,which I think he does..but as I haven't got an ETEK and am not upto d8 with new mods I can't be sure...

No he has a velocity.
If the eyes detect a fault and /or turn themselves off,or when dry firing the marker will max @ 10bps.
Sounds like a feed issue though.

lol, I meant BBS, I couldn't remember what it was called lol
And it only reaches 10 with both dry firing and actually puting paint through it

Have you cleaned the eyes,checked the connection and are you get any unusual lights on the display(ie red)?
Have you had it long?just trying to establish if you're familiar with it...

Yeah, if the led on the back is flashing red not yellow or blue then the eyes are dirty/defective and have switched off automatically. Stock setting for eyes-off is 10bps cap so it'd default to that. You might want to check what the rof cap is for eyes-on (it is adjustable) as it might've been changed from the stock 15.4 somehow. Read the manual, it's pretty straight-forwards, but if you need any help feel free to PM me.

lights show its working fine.
Flashes blue when there is a ball there and before I fire it and the only time it ever flashes red is if I have it turned on without an air tank connected and leave the bolt forwards although as far as I can find out this is normal.
Just double checked the speed settings and for both eyes on and off it is set to 15bps and I have cleaned the eyes.
