Hmm, Manike's covered the technical stuff, Topors covered the "what other electro grips do you see used by tourney teams" angle, so I guess I'm gonna have to go for the customer service angle.
Raceguns really are the mutts nuts when it comes to looking after their customers. Best customer service I've ever had from any company full stop, paintball or not. I've heard certain things said about sandridges customer service that was less than complimentary.
Not only that, they really do listen to what people want, and if they can change their product to what the general masses want, they will.
And what Topor said about nobody on the outside knowing it's an electro cocker - they can once you start shooting at them!
Oh yeah, and Race is the only eletro frame to include classic mode - let's face it, we like the way cockers work, right? You hold the trigger, the bolt stays back - fantastic.
Personally, I can actually get a higher rate of fire from classic mode, as the marker cycles "with" me, rather than just completing the firing cycle as fast as it posibly can - in classic mode you can shoot with the "rhythm" of the cocker.
Become one with the electro-frame, grasshopper.
Anyways, that's enough "Zen and the art of cockers" wibblings for today!
