Thanks for the advice guys will play a little with load times and see where that gets me , Rayko the gat is brand new so no previous info/hopper used but your timing info is very welcome ... will soldier on an hopefully sort this hiccup out, and if all else fails will pm Dangerous Bri.

hmm, shouldnt be the load time realy.

my first guess is you have teh warp set on maximum speed and you are forcing the an extra ball past the ball detent.

when you fire it, how much does the warp turn?

Ahh...yeah...maybe intellifeeding the warp would be a good idea, as it will spin less...
