I'm thinking that, with the onset of the pooper scooper and so on, and too many people, having their dogs poo, posted through their letter boxes by angry neighbours....that it gets cleaned up quicker...

I saw the most stupid dog poo related thing the other day. In the middle of a field, someone had gone to the trouble of scooping their dog's poo into a bad. And left it there. Poo in the middle of a field isnt really going to do much, help the crops grow if anything! Now its stuck in a bag that'll take forever to biodegrade.
