ion's are great starter guns and in all honesty the only ups u need is the qlock feed neck a new board cos the stock 1 sucks as the on button breaks off far too easy, and a 360 qev to improve ur air efficency. jst try and resist the temptation to take it apart cos thats when u start getting problems.
I'm a bit gobsmacked by this post, and not just becos of the lack of grammar, or the fact it is 2 months since the previous one.
Stock boards are ok, the only way you'll break one is by abuse. 360 QEV's are good for efficiency, but they can make the Ion harder on paint.
You'll only have problems taking it apart if you don't follow the various tech stickies, instructions posted on various forums including of course the main one, PGI. In fact you need to take the Ion apart to lube the bolt, but if done properly in a considered manner will not cause any problems, and with practice can be done in under 5 minutes.
