I know people are making recommendations on a number of points for different masks, but since you asked about breathability specifically, eflex/proflex are by far the best for letting in air. However if you get shot on the mouthpiece it doesn't offer much protection because its so flexible. works both ways though, get a lot of bounces from it too!

I should be going to Bricket Wood soon, hopefully people will be kind enough to let me try on their mask so I can finally choose what I want, thanks for the suggestions.
