If its the phantom that needs the new bits Mike still makes new phantoms at CCI and his shipping is very reasonable for parts.
www.phantomonline.com - given the age of yours it might be worth e-mailing since I think there might have been slight changes to the power tubes over the years, Mike Cassidy will know and gives fantastic customer service - he accidentally sent the wrong barrel when I ordered one and shipped a replacement all the way from the states as soon as I sent him pictures by e-mail.

I built this from parts. Costwise it probably would have been smarter to just buy a new Sniper, but it was a fun project.
I'll probably replace frame at some point, though. I don't find the double-trigger frame comfortable in pump play.
