Pump Arm and Back Block Trouble...

Hey everyone. I got a new back block, and in the process of removing the stock one and putting the new one on, I seemed to have screwed it on too tight. I tried to unscrew it, but the pump arm ust turns with it- it's driving me freaking insane! Does anyone know how to remove it without buying a whole new pump arm?

assuming it's not a straight arm, just clamp it where it bends into the body (about 1" outside the ram) with mole grips or something.

You need to do it on that bend as otherwise its a biautch to grip the round arm
