Of course Mikey, I don't have any of those now do I? 17" bicep is just fat, I forgot.

I've tried that method but it seems I have a 'stiff one'.

Pull like buggery my friend. Its a stiff as hell. It gets easier though.

Is there any chance of putting the manual in the public domain so that we can all have access to it via a link? I got a pulse today and so far am very pleased with it, but just want the manual for reference if nothing else.

a good way to open the try doo laa is pinch the buttons, and smack the back of the hopper a few times firmly but not bashing it off a table, works perfectly for me

Isn't broadband great. 4 seconds to download this 2.5 Mb file. I remember the days when all you could get was slow old modems at 28kps or whatever it was.... anyway....

EDIT: Just read it and I think John at LPS covered it all in his 30 second tuition when he said.. this is how you switch it on, this is how you put it in red mode, this is how you switch it off, this is where the batteries go, this is how to get out the motor bit....

In the manual it describes mis-shapen paint as 'out of round'. Hmm...... funny....
