Pull down html menus 101

Okay people are starting to complain about the size of peoples signature texts and line after line of sponsers thanking everybody they have ever met. There is a simple way to eliminate this and produce a pull down menu like I have below.

I did try to show you how to do it on here but as html is enabled for the main site it doesn't display correctly. The only way I can get around this is by cross linking to another forum [sorry mods but I'm trying to help people out here and its the only way I can get around it]]

err yes and didn't realise that html is enabled for the entire site. Doh that will learn me.

Hehe... all mine are now links, and thus unsuitable for putting in a dropdown

I do however have a natty (and yet non-standard/annoying/unsupported) scrolly bit... try and click on that if u can! hehehehe...
