Why would they be fanning the trigger if it was full auto, you see on PSP mode u can can to ramp up to 15bps just buy using finger but you still have to pull the trigger once you ve got it to ramp when you let go and say you do a snapshoot its like a 3 shot burst everytime you pull its hard to explain, and no you are wrong, you was wrong and me and Lumpy was right i should take up drinking

3/5 shots in quick succession and then you pull the trigger once every second to maintain 15bps.

My query was, do the NXL not have this rule but without the pulling the trigger every second? In effect it is then full auto. Or am i still getting it wrong?

PSP use ramping
NXL use ramping and then it goes full auto?

Or do they both just use ramping?

they all use ramping,but different types
nxl full auto
psp 15bps fast ramp after the thrid
mill 15 bps but you need to maintain 8.5 trigger pulls per second to ramp to 15

I think NXL mode its semi for the 1st 4 shots then all you need to do is hold the trigger to get the full auto thang going on, i think they do this cus when your on the chrony you wont full auto it straight away and its safer say you pull the trigger by accident with out the barrel sock off in the players area,

But never the less its capped at 15bps
