I won't argue the cost at all, like many have said it's a nominal amount to watch a sport I love, at the highest level. People pay well and above those fees to watch people kick a ball around a field or two people punching the sh*te out of eachother.
Truthfully, the free broadcasting was more than watchable so it wasn't as if people were forced to pay for the weekend.
I made the mistake of paying for the weekend, and then paying for the additional Sunday games. But was very surprised to see a refund, made to my PayPal from the broadcasters, for the additional fee I paid. Which I thought was very honest of them, even if they took my money I wouldn't have complained - I had a cracking weekend watching the games.
