Ok so the asa is fine

It sounds like a reg issue mate. You have a choice of 2 things...send it to a shop to be looked at and fixed (Id recomend BZ or sending direct to DYE)

or we can continue and ill talk you through stripping the reg and checking it (if your unsure of what you are doing though id go with option 1 mate)

They dont need to be local mate just box it up and post it to them (ring them first obviously and arrange it)

Have you checked the velocity adjuster, if this is wound right in, theres your problem.

It works! the velocity thing was screwed right in!! But when I press the trigger once, it goes fully auto and fires like crazy! How do I change that? I turned it off and it was still firing I had to take the bottle off to stop it.

Sounds like the velocity is still incorrect mate, best thing to do is stick it over a chrono and adjust the velocity on that so its at the correct fps.

Check tinterweb for the manual mate

Hi, I bought a SLG a few months ago, it was in full working order. Then the inside silver thing got stuck and wedged into the bit where the paint loads. I have taken it apart and its back in its normal place but when I connect my 4000psi bottle it and turn it on it does not fire at all!

If anyone followed the above please help me.

when the bolt sticks forward like that its because the bolt has lossend its self. remove bolt and see if the middle ring on bold moves, if it does u need a new bolt. also check the tip of bolt for scratches.
i had the same problem dye just sent out replacement bolt free. when i called them and said my bolt is broken and in two pices lol hope this helps and also if you adjust the dwell to 24 that should stop the auto fire problem if not check sear for fluff
