I was wondering about that internal coil bracing that they got in the new 08 Dye core knee pads. Is it the same as the bracing that they use on knee braces for people with knee ACL instability? I wear knee braces for added protection just because i had a knee surgery 1yr ago due to complete torn ligament..i dont wanna pop another one =)
