Probs with reloader on ego.

Sorry if this has been on here before but i cant find it in the search.

Ok then im having major probs with my ego braking paint with my reloader,
But only when i hit a high rate of fire but switch to a z board egg and its better.
Messed around with all the settings including rate of fire and detection settings and also turned the hopper onto all of the 3 settings but still breaking paint. Even changed the detents too but no joy!
Any Ideas guys.

Lol guys bit like taking your car to the garage with a knocking noise and them telling you to buy a louder stereo!

No gave it a blast with all sorts of paint and it was even doing it with rec stuff that was hard as nails. Its not breaking a thing in the hopper or down the barrel its all breach. And the eyes seem to be fine too.

This might be a silly question but are you turning on your reloader in a quiet area.

And try lightly greasing the motor belt so it slips a bit and this will take the pressure off the ball stack.

Have you tried it with other Halo based hoppers? If you have the same problem it could be that the Reloader is forcing the balls partially past the detents? (Stronger pressure than an Eggy)

Still no joy

yes always turn it on away from the field so its quiet and yep greased the belt up too. So im running out of options!
Funny one isnt it?
But no not tried a normal halo, As i always though re loaders were i little softer on the paint as you can change the settings and before anyone asks i have used both 4 abd 6 batt packs............this ones been sent to try me i think!

Is it possible it's getting just past the detents?

Yes could be, but i switched it on without the bolt in tapping the hopper so it stated to force feed then pushed the balls through like the bolt would with a squeegy and it didnt double feed once. Cant get my head round it.
