Can't a guy take a flyer once in a while, Nick?

A) From recent MS rules related threads it seems even those who have read them ain't all that clear on just what's what. And,
B) Seeing as Scutty is laying claim to the the closed pro division as MS intellectual property I just thought I'd check into other things the NPPL has been and is doing just in case he had any insights there, too.
