I apologise if you are 'upset' by my post. Time will tell if it is foolish or not. Perhaps I understand the finance required to successfully train and equip a team of refs.

i am not upset by what you wrote at all, i just know first hand how hard some people inside the MS are working in order to get the reffing sorted and many of the measures that they are working on are detailed and dificult to organise. As i doubt that you know this (maybe you do know it, as i have no idea who you are) you are selling a lot of people short as they endeavour to provide a service that many people will benefit from if it is correctly established.

I am sure that many people know how hard it is to finance such an operation, however if it is correctly established, then the infrastructure to sustain such an effort will be in place from the beginning.

Anyone who contacted me about pro reffing before about a week ago, and who I haven't contacted again in the past few days, please send me a new e-mail. I lost all my e-mail addresses when my computer crashed a couple of week ago.

I can't remember everyone who was interested but some of them were:

Emir from Stockholm

We now need two X Ball crews; one for EXL and one for Open X Ball. We still need head field judges for all the 7-player fields and the pay for that has gone up to €150 per day.

We will pay for flights as needed up to a certain limit and we will provide hotel, ground transportation and food + refreshment during working hours.

For those of you who are qualified, please have a look at the dates and locations at the Millennium website and send me an e-mail telling me of your interest.

I don´t think you can count on Emir from Stockholm... He´s now playing the EXL with us, so would be kinda strange for him having to ref at the same time
