Pro Loyalty

As paintball scampers towards the mainstream, and, as the industry money gets tossed this way and that, baiting the upper-echelon players into new pastures, is there anything to be said for loyalty these days?

Is sponsor loyalty a thing of the past, is team loyalty going to rival that of baseball? Dynasty is a good example of both, they've got the old Ironkids group slowly reforming, and alternately, there's a great possibility they may leave WDP, "if the money's right."

Does it bother anyone to think of Dynasty without their Angels, or should this be considered natural progress. Integrity doesn't pay the bills, after all.

Yes, look at Kapp factory and the naughty Dogs, both have stayed together despite people trying to poach their players for a few seasons

True, but increased sponsorship offers are part and parcel of all sports, its just a sign that paintballif followingin the footsteps of other sports already in the mainstream

no, it is progres, all teams in all sports change sponsors as their team needs change, it happens all thetime and will continue to happen as teams play different formats

Personally, team loyalty, personal loyalty and integrity are very important to me, and sadly i dont think that this is the case in the sport as a whole. If ti was widespread i dont think that there would be as many problems and political clashes as their are, after all, every team has them for one reason or another

Dynasty have more than one line of interested parties to consider at the moment, time will tell as to which decision they take but none has been made as of yet.............

Let's just say that some of tha offers being bandied around at tha moment with regards to Dynasty are very, very big...as to where they'll end up, no-one knows yet.

It'll be one of 3 places though, and if I were a betting man I'd put my dinero on...well, that'd be telling, wouldn't it.
