Oh look i was right

I really like this regulator. I replaced the original 114ci/3000psi tank with an 88ci/4500psi pure energy tank, and the thing still rocks. All that I had to do is replace the burst disk (Air America ok'd this procedure.)

the original question was can he put 4500 psi through a 3000 psi reg,ie i have 3000 psi set up
as for the burst disc,if you run 4500 psi through a 3000 psi reg the disc will blow,so it technecley has been over filled

yeah but the Apocalypse regs have always been 4.5k rate, so just the burst disc change is needed, its the same as i did on my geddon.

Its one of the original stainless steel ones, I can't find any info on it on their site.

The air america site says there rated at 4500psi The kid who did the same for his reg said air america said it was ok all he had to do was change the burst disc but if you really want to know give them a call or email them.
