Predictions for the New Year '03

yes yes yes and yes

yes to millenium being huge,

yes to x-ball being a flop even though it is the way to go as far as the sport is concerned(too many pie eating beer swilling back men unable to hack it )

yes 7 man should do well over there next year as well,

yes residue dogs will be a team that will be known next year(whether it be for our fair and hard play or for the excellent site we wish to be starting up by then???)<watch this space>

and of course we wish all the luck to our fav teams

tigers, few good men (bullswood), uk marshall's,the infiltrators and sparklie and her friends up there!!!

yes hours of playing Time Crisis 2, and watching Austin Powers is bound to give us an advantage against other teams.

For 2003...

X-Ball has the potential to have a huge impact - both over there and over here. Not because of whether or not it will get on t.v. but as to limiting the top teams involvement in other series.

X-Ball in the U.S. means "lesser" quality pro teams at all Millennium events - which means a greater chance for European teams to win these same events. So RL winning one seems like a pretty safe bet

NPPL vs. PSP - interesting call - I would hope that the NPPL is victorious. Put a silence to all the nay-sayers who insist that Millennium type events can't be done in the states. Also because 7 man rules. But there is huge chance that teams may stick with the PSP events because at least there they know what they are getting (for better or worse).

Teams & players - look for players to switch teams, and for teams to get rid of players (o.k. so that one was pretty obvious )

Magazines - if PGI is bought out by Hustler, then that leaves Playboy to buy the other top international magazin.

The p8ntballer forums - buddha, al & paul (along with many others) will stop hijacking threads that are actually interesting, and steve will let more than 10 posts go by without feeling the need to add his 2 cents - or 5 kroner whatever he prefers - ( sorry guys couldn't resist - luv ya all).

2003 looks like it will be most interesting - can't wait for it to start. Good luck to everyone and see you on the fields.
