Seriously, mag this was not what I meant. I just meant that before going any further you (the mil board) have to make sure that everyone understands the first steps of the process, i.e. team selection.

So based on the ranking, teams should be:

USA, France, Russia, UK, Danemark, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, etc... (1st German team is like 32nd!).
Once everyone's clear on the selection criteria, we can go ahead and suggest the best way to run that league....


Magged, not answering your specific questions NOW might look like not wanting to give input but believe me, letting you know that RIGHT FROM THE START some players are confused, surpised, etc.. about how EXL is set up is real INPUT. Please, magged, believe me when I write that I did not want YOU (magged) to look bad on this board. It is true.

The German team that came 32 in Pro was put into Pro as a marketing gimmick/joke to represent a company. They shouldn't have been any higher than Am, maybe even Novice if the truth be told.

Does the fact a team played Pro for just one event and got spanked silly really mean they should get a shot at this? If so watch a lot of Am teams play one event as Pro to get the same shot...

I know some people is a bit confused right now. But I think most players are just waiting for this to be done and then go with it.
Sure Belgium might be before Germany, but we also look at the possibility for nations to put a x-ball team up for every event. Can be hard for Belgium. Stuff like that. Thats what I mean with its not 100% fair.
It have to be workable. The other way to do it is like Pittsburgh.
Here are the invited teams and here are the people we want to run the teams. No talk and noone said anything about ranking or fairness etc. Our problem is that we are actuelly trying to answer stuff, get some input and listen to some voices and from there form Nations x-ball.

Its easy to be negative and point out faults. Its much harder to be productive. But in the end you will all see the light

You pissed off Mag with your first post and then me with your second. If you had read all the posts correctly, you would have realised that I don't give two f'##ks about Nation's based X-Ball or about you guys playing in it.
All I wanted was for everybody to appreciate the unfairness and lack of thought the board had applied when it came to X-Ball.
I think most people who possess a brain would have realised that had the Board subsequently climbed down and offered it to me, I would have immediately told them 'No thanks, piss off', I just wanted to see them do it.
There was no way I could have done the job as Nexus are only going to do Toulouse and maybe one more, as has been well documented on here and as I have previously told you on the phone.

The Millennium series and board does not need your constant attacks. I for one do not think it's good for the Millennium series, European paintball, nor paintball in general.

But hey that's my opinion. Obviously like sykes and Woz and all the rest you try to beat down that don't agree with you I'm just gonna get told to STFU. Maybe sometimes Pete you should take some of your own advice.
